Why Talking About Mental Health Is Utmost Important?

Many people in my life have suffered and subsequently recovered, thanks to psychologists and psychiatrists. I wanted to know how it worked. And I was always fascinated by the subject itself, because who doesn't like to learn more about the human mind?

This is my narrative, and my name is Divija Bhasin, also known as Awkward Goat on social media.
I've been practising psychology for two years, and I've seen a lot of individuals believe something they read on Instagram during that time. It's both frustrating and amusing simultaneously, but it has some serious adverse effects because I frequently have people tell me that they believed something they saw and that it made them feel worse and caused them to misdiagnose themselves.

I began influencing a few years ago, and I now divide my day into two parts, devoting more focus and time to the one that gives me the most satisfaction. The only way to improve things is for people to learn more about mental health.

Because it is such an essential element of everyone's lives, we should know everything we can about it.
There are numerous myths and taboos surrounding it. Like they believe there is a certain age at which one can experience depression or similar feelings. But that is just false! Depression can strike anyone at any age, with symptoms appearing as early as the age of three.
Because each person is unique, there is no "unified" guidance that can be given to everyone.
I believe that the most basic thing we can do is be self-conscious, be aware of how we feel, and make decisions based on that awareness.
Mental health is equally as important as physical health, and the fact that we can't "see" it doesn't imply it doesn't exist!
