She was engrossed in her studies. Tomorrow will be her last exam and after that, she will get her master's degree in hand. It is like a dream come true for her

Suddenly, the clock struck 12 am. She got up from her chair and went to sleep. Her husband and son were sleeping peacefully. Her mind was wavering.

It took her to the day when she got her degree. Her marks were very good. Her name was there in block letters in the newspaper. But no one was happy. Neither she nor her parents because after 2 days, it was her wedding day.

Thinking about that day, tears started flowing down her cheeks. She looked at her husband. No doubt, he is a man of his words. He promised her father that he would allow her further studies and now after 8 years of her marriage, she was giving her master's exams

She was immature when she took the decision of getting married. Her parents tried to convince her a lot. She still remembers the day when her mother cried the whole day and begged her to not get married. But at the tender age of 20, how could she understand what her future held for her?

She got married and before she could understand the depth of the relationship, she became a mother. It wasn't that tough for her to nurture her son because her mother, forgetting all the differences, came forward and helped her in raising her son.

Somehow, she was happy with her life. But life usually has this condition of giving unexpected turns when you least expect them. Her life turned upside down when her husband decided to shift to his hometown. For the first time, she realized that she had to face life all by herself. She was a city girl. So staying in a village was not that easy for her. She faced many problems but the biggest one was the financial crisis she faced. Dealing with an unreasonable mother-in-law also became very tough for her. Moreover, she had to look after the expenses of her son also. Suddenly, life started throwing responsibilities at her that she wasn't prepared for.

She started doing jobs with a minimum salary expectation to meet the expenses of her family. But she was unable to manage her household expenses with her meager salary. Her husband, who was a businessman in the city, struggled badly coming to the village. She didn't buy a single piece of clothing for herself in those last few years.

She had never thought that marriage would be the starting point of struggle in her life.

The clock struck 1 am and she got a reality check. The next day, she gave her exams and cleared her master's.

Finally, luck smiled at her and she got a job in the revenue department. But after all the financial crises that she had faced for all these years, there was one thing she was happy about and that was her husband.

Though he could not earn like other husbands, he gave her complete freedom to chase her dreams.

She took life easily and in an immature way. But life gave her struggles and the strength to fight against all the issues. The 20-year-old girl didn't know what life is. But today, the 37-year-old woman knows it very well what she wants from life. Life gave her challenges and she faced everything with a smile on her face.

Her son is a grown-up teenager now and he is proud of his mother. He defines his mother as a self-made woman. He has seen the struggles of his mother and has promised himself that he will make every struggle that his mother faced for him count.
