Life is really strange, in one moment you don't have any reason to smile and in another moment, you earn memories that you'll cherish for life.

My story starts when I joined my college back in 2011. I was from a small city of Jharkhand but my dreams were not that small. I aspired to have a bright career that would have helped me fulfil all my dreams.

With all this enthusiasm I joined college. At first I was very upset with the thought of going to college as that meant that I had to leave my parents behind and learn how to fix things by myself.

I was finding it really difficult to do without my parents but during those struggling days of mine I received a strange Facebook request. I was very new to Facebook then and was still exploring the Internet. It was hard to avoid the handsome stranger but I did it anyway.

He was the one who had sent me a friend request. We had a mutual friend on Facebook and that's how he found me. At first I didn't accept his request and rejected it. But he didn't give up, sent me another request. I don't know what came to my mind but I accepted it finally. It gives me the chills when I think about what if I hadn't accepted his request that day.

We started chatting soon and our chats were very typical. But it didn't take too long to go from normal chatting to long conversations. We then exchanged numbers and started talking on the phone. Meanwhile we got to know that we were in the same college and so he insisted on meeting him. I still don't know if it was destiny or strategy.

I was not sure about meeting him and tried to avoid that conversation many times but even that didn't last for too long. Finally, I had to say yes to meet him.

One Sunday, he just landed straight in front of my hostel gate. I came out of my hostel, damn nervous. I didn't know why I was going to meet a  guy who I hardly knew.

I'll never forget that day. I can't thank him and God enough for making me meet a person against all odds, who was going to be there for me always. When we met that day, we stood there for at least 3 hours. We discussed every possible thing about each other. After a few days he asked me out on Facebook, I was kind of expecting it and was eagerly waiting as well. However, when he finally confessed, I was out of words and was not able to move.

By that time I was head over heels in love with him, he waited for me to reply but I was so numb that I could not even type a YES. After so many messages from him, I said yes and there started a love story that people admired.

Soon we became the famous couple of our college and people even tagged us as the "Best Couple". 

It's been 6 years since that day and since we've been together. Now we are planning our bright future together, we plan to take marriage vows in the next 2-3 years.

And I guess, that will mark the eternity of our relationship.
