I met my boyfriend when I was in class 12th through my best friend. I loved him more than I had ever imagined. One day at the school coaching, my boyfriend heard my best friend say ugly things about me so he beat him up.

My boyfriend asked me to keep distance from him but I somehow trusted my best friend more so I never listened to him. When school got over, I moved to a big city for my college.

My boyfriend and best friend moved there for me as well. Soon after, I had to break up with my boyfriend because of family issues. He was broken; he yelled at me and cried for days.

Even though he lived really far away, he tried to talk to me every single day. My best friend lived very close to my house and so we got to spend a lot of time together.

6 months after my break up, my best friend proposed to me. I accepted it because he was my childhood friend and he knew everything about me.

I accepted his proposal even though I knew my ex-boyfriend was still in love with me. When he flirted with me, I told my current boyfriend about it and he asked me to block him from everywhere. I did that but my ex never gave up on me.

Today 4 years have passed and I regret my actions. I know my current boyfriend is not trustworthy, I know my ex-boyfriend defended me even when I wasn’t around. He loved me unconditionally and I cheated on him and broke his trust. Today, I can’t even see his face. I feel so sorry.
